Whisk eggs, milk and vanilla in a dish (large enough to dip bread in.) Heat skillet or pan and add 2 tbsp butter until melted. Keep heat to medium as to not burn butter. Dip bread in egg mixture. Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp of Cocoa Dulce on one side of bread. Place "spiced" side down in pan. Do the same with a second piece of bread. Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp of Cocoa Dulce on remaining side. Cook for 2-5 min or until bread is browned. Flip and repeat. Add 1 tbsp butter for each additional piece of bread and repeat process. Add warm maple syrup and serve. If desired, sprinkle more Cocoa Dulce on top before serving.
